Director; qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. Having worked with Tony Gower, who founded the practice, from 1978 during his sixth form and then his university days he joined the team permanently in July 1983 as a graduate going into partnership in 1990.

Director; having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 while at the London office of an international practice working in both the Audit and Tax departments, after a career break to start a family and a short spell with another firm, she joined Gowers in 2000 and became a partner in 2004.

Director; qualified with another local firm as an Accounting Technician and then as a Chartered Accountant in 2002, Ian joined Gowers in March 2004 and became a director in May 2007.
