Founder and Chairman; qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1972. After a number of years as the partner running the busy Watford office of a large London practice, he formed Gowers in 1982.

Director; qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. Having worked with Tony Gower from 1978 during his sixth form and then his university days he joined the team permanently in July 1983 as a graduate going into partnership in 1990.

Director; having qualified as an Accounting Technician in 1996, he went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with Gowers in 2000 and became a partner in 2002.

Director; having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 while at the London office of an international practice working in both the Audit and Tax departments, after a career break to start a family and a short spell with another firm, she joined Gowers in 2000 and became a partner in 2004.

Director; qualified with another local firm as an Accounting Technician and then as a Chartered Accountant in 2002, Ian joined Gowers in March 2004 and became a director in May 2007.
